In the event of Cancellation, Infogate Limited will be compensated for services performed through the date of cancelation in the amount of a prorated portion of the fees due. Upon cancellation all rights to the website revert to Infogate and all original art must be returned, including sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials.

A credit line suitable to the design of the pages will be used. Client agrees to pay an additional twenty five percent (25%) of the total fee, excluding expenses, for failure to include credit line. Infogate Limited reserves the right to include screen shots of the completed work in their portfolio.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Infogate Limited harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to materials included in the Design at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested, or for which uses exceed the uses allowed pursuant to a permission or release.

For Web Design work, all text/content and images must be provided by the client. If the client has not providing the same, we do take some content from internet to design mock-up. However, after design is approved, we expect client to either provide us content, or change everything by themselves. If they are keeping the mock-up images, or content, they can do so at their own risk. Infogate Limited will NOT be responsible for any issue arising due to such content, and can not be held liable for any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to materials included in the Design.

All disputes, if any, shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and and courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction on it.
